En el marco del “ENCUENTRO DE COMISIONES DE ASUNTOS MUNICIPALES DE MÉXICO” llevado a cabo los días 17 y 18 de mayo de 2023, en San Carlos, Nuevo Guaymas, Sonora, afín de favorecer a la diplomacia y las relaciones interparlamentarias, entre legisladoras y legisladores con visión municipalista, se acordó conformar la:
